Leggings are back, they used to be big in the 60's everybody was wearing them, in the 1980 Leggings made a come back, and now they re-appear int he fashion news. You see them everywhere on the streets, worn with a mini skirt or short dress, or a long top, accessorize with a wide belt.
Leggings are pantyhose without feet, and usually Capri length. A very comfortable and practical style, Leggings will allow you to wear your shortest mini skirt and will still keep you warm cool summer nights.
