Shelf Bras are Bras without a cup, usually they are underwired, that means the wire is built into the fabric, to lift up the breasts and to provide support. A shelf bra can dramatically improve your cleavage, and it still almost feels like you are not wearing a bra.

You have to choose a shelf bra according to the support you require, bigger breasts usually need more support, and it might be wise to choose a bra with a higher shelf. Very small cup sizes, for example a 32 A, might not have much luck with a shelf bra, since the shelf might come be too high and it might cover the nipples. Women who wear bigger bra sizes, but require a small cup size, might want to buy a smaller size bra and Bra Extenders to extend the width of the bra in the back.
