The Lingerie exhibition at the Rio Hotel held from 4/20 - 4/22 was a great success! There was so much to absorb that I attended 2 days this year talking to business suppliers and collecting catalogs.

Through these hard times the lingerie show had a very good turnout. Better than expected even more than last year. Not only with traffic but placing more orders also.

Everyone seems to be thinking smarter on running there businesses more efficiently.

I was very impressed at the show how everyone has persevered and are continuing to move forward.

The reason we always collect catalogs is so we can see what the fashion holds for the upcoming year. All of the suppliers do a beautiful layout in fashion and choosing their models. I was able to meet many of the models and they are very knowledgeable in customer service and they bring the outfits to a great level of beauty.

The variety of expertise that they bring to us at the show featuring clothing, lingerie and plus size, clubwear, swimwear, body jewelry, adult toys, and mens lingerie.

We purchase merchandise from about 15 suppliers that were all at the show. Its makes things interesting to recognize items that we see all day long and ship to our customers worldwide.

Some of the reps present various lines, such as Allure Leather, Body Zone and Fantasy Lingerie, are all represented by the same person. Every time I go I learn new things.

Coquette just celebrated their 30th Anniversary 1979-2009 that is quite a success.

Shirley of Hollywood is huge, when you walk in to the show that is the 1st thing you see. Their booth is extra large. Along side them are Leg Ave, Elegant Moments, Forplay, Dreamgirl, Ellie and Pleaser Shoes.

I was able to meet Taya Parker at the Penthouse booth who just won Rock of Love Winner, who features Brett Michaels from the Rock Group Poison. She was voted the winner. He is in search of a worthy life partner. She was also on the cover of Penthouse Magazine 2008. I found her to be very genuine and beautiful. I received a couple of autographs from her for some family and friends.

It is always a pleasure to attend the lingerie show, I look forward to being invited to more.
