On popular demand from our customers, we prominently display our toll free number on our web site, to make sure that our customers do not have to search for it, and that they can call us anytime to place an order over the phone. Especially if they don't feel comfortable ordering online, or if they have size , or delivery related questions.

We are just as happy to accept your lingerie order on the phone, as we are to receive it online. There are several employees answering the phone, and all will always strive to help you in the best way possible. Which even includes physically measuring garments, to provide you with a better idea, about the size you might require on a specific item.

We can always guide you to find a suitable lingerie item for your shape and size, but please don't expect any miracles. If you have trouble fitting into a corset, or other fitted garment from other suppliers, chances are, that you might experience the same dilemma with our lingerie. Unless you know, and you don't mind having it altered by a seamstress to fit your shape. In that case you should be able to wear anything from our lingerie collections.

One of our sexy clothing suppliers, Hey Baby of California, will even manufacture item from his collection, to your exact measurements.

For size related questions, consult our size chart, located with each product, right below the size and color options. If you like to cross dress, please do not hesitate to contact us, if you need help with your selections.

As much as we like to hear from you, please help us to serve you better. If you are a new customer, and you would like to place an order, or you have a question on a specific item, make sure you look up the item number first, and have it ready when you call us (item number = located on top of each image, Supplier = bottom of image). If you have an order related question, please give us your order number. Please also note, that all items marked(in stock) next to color and size are available fro immediate shipping, and ship out the same day, if order is received by 2:00pm Pacific Time.

The USPS is still the most commonly used shipping method. It has so many advantages because you can ship anything worldwide with so many choices depending on the price and time limit.

We do our own labeling and then the postal service picks up all of our daily packages. They have really given our company the red carpet since we are growing so rapidly. We find them to be very reliable, professional and friendly. We couldn't be happier.

We like them because they ship worldwide. Priority Mail seems to always have extra care on, and it arrives in a timely fashion (2 - 3 business days to most places within the US). First Class is for lighter weight products and less expensive (it takes approx. 5 - 6 business days to most places in the US). Express Mail arrives in a rapid speed either domestic or global. Most customers receive domestic in 1 day. Airmail is less expensive, and perfect to us, when you aren't in a huge hurry (approx. 2 - 3 weeks). Lastly, Global Priority is in the middle of Express and Airmail for speed and price. It is commonly used when mailing to Europe. Transit times wary for different Countries.

United States Postal Service is the most affordable way to mail.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging, We use plain brown boxes, priority mail, express mail, or UPS Boxes. The return label on the box will read Feeling USA, Inc. and our address.

We ship "Next Day". You can select the shipping methode when checking out. UPS red or Express Mail. (Express Mail might take two days to certain locations).

A customs agent should not be required for shipments under $500.00. Keep in mind that your country may impose duties, taxes and other fees which you will have to pay before your order will be released from customs.
