If you live outside the US please contact us within 2 - 3 weeks for First Class Mail and Priority Mail packages, Express Mail within 5 - 8 days. Note: It will be impossible for us to track the package, if too much time has past after a package has left our Las Vegas warehouse.

Merchandise returned will be eligible for exchange or store credit towards your next purchase. 10% restocking fee will be deducted from a store credit. Final sale items (items with marked down prices) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached. Boxed Items, Panties, Stockings, Bodystockings and Bodysuits may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange.

If you should happen to find a lower price, simply put a note in the field "Comments or Special Instructions". Your note must contain the precise web address (URL) of the page that shows the lower price. The price at the other store must be the regularly advertised price. If you submit the Order Form, we use SSL (Click on the GeoTrust Icon to verify) to encrypt your Payment Information between your Browser and our Payment Processor (CyberSource). After receiving your Order, we store your Credit Card Number encrypted in our Database.
To enhance security even more, we completely remove your Credit Card Information from our Database after your Order has been shipped and no Returns (Credits) are pending. This is why you have to re-enter your Credit Card Info again if you come back to our site. We know this is not the most convenient way, but this is by far the most secure way.
At Feeling USA, we consider the information you choose to share with us personal and confidential. We ask for this information to process, and notify you of the status of your order. We do keep a list of e-mail addresses, but only people who have signed up to receive updates will be notified of new products. Simply do not select the checkbox next to the Update field on our order page if you prefer not to receive any information.
