Easy Shopping and Checkout
Search for items on our sites, by using the search feature or by selecting one of the categories located on the left-hand side. When you see something you like, select the appropriate size and color form the drop-down menu and click on the "buy" button. After the item is added to your basket, the same page will be redisplayed showing the purchase amount next to the "Shopping Cart" link. The Shopping Cart link is located at the top. To view the basket contents, click on the "Shopping Cart" link.
To change the quantity, simply overwrite the quantity and click the "Refresh Basket" button.
To remove an item from your basket just click the box located on the right hand side of the product you wish to delete. Once you have selected the item(s) you want to delete click on the "Refresh Basket" button. If you want your order gift wrapped, click on the appropriate box located in you basket.
For your convenience the shipping cost are also displayed on the the bottom of your basket.
To check out select the "Shopping Cart" link and click on the "Submit Order" button.
Please enter your billing address, if the shipping address is different, select "No" for "Shipping is same as Billing". The form will reload and you will be able to enter a different shipping address. The shipment will contain a pack slip only, (no prices), if we ship to a different name and address.
If you have any comments or special instructions please enter it in the field "Comments or Special Instructions".
Enter your e-mail address, if you want to receive an order confirmation or invoice.
Select payment method and enter your credit card information.
Select shipping method.
Click on the relevant check boxes, if you don't want to receive an order confirmation or an invoice & shipping notice.
Don't forget to click on the checkout button to finalize your order. You will be brought to a screen, displaying a receipt with your order number.

Return Policy - Money Back Guarantee
If your are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within 10 days and we send you an exchange or issue a credit to your credit card. Shipping and gift wrapping fees will not be credited; orders with free shipping are subject to a $6.95 fee. For health and safety reasons, no returns of worn items will be accepted. Please do not remove tags and panties. Returns for stockings cannot be accepted. Items have to be returned in it's original plastic wrapper, or chiffon paper. A fee of $5.00 will apply for items returned without tags and not packaged properly. If your return is received after the refund period has expired, we will issue a store credit, which can be used towards a future purchase at one of our stores. The exchange item will be shipped after receipt of your return. Credit will be issued within 1 - 2 days after receipt of your return. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as we receive your return.

Low Price Guarantee
If you should happen to find a lower price, simply put a note in the field "Comments or Special Instructions". Your note must contain the precise web address (URL) of the page that shows the lower price. The price at the other store must be the regularly advertised price. Your order confirmation will reflect the revised prices. You will be notified, should we for any reason not be able to honor your request.

Fast US and International Shipping
All items in stock ship within 24 hours. Items on backorder usually ship within 4 - 5 days. We will ship a partial shipment, if the value of items in stock exceeds $30.00 / outside the US $50.00. There will be no shipping charges on the second shipment.

Gift Wrapping
For gift-wrapping, click on the appropriate box located in you basket. Charges for gift-wrapping are $5.95. We will include a pack slip only, no prices, if the gift is sent to a different recipient. Please let us know, if you want us to include a card with your gift.

To enhance security even more, we completely remove your Credit Card Information from our Database after your Order has been shipped and no Returns (Credits) are pending. This is why you have to re-enter your Credit Card Info again if you come back to our site. We know this is not the most convenient way, but this is by far the most secure way.
