New Customer

You don't need to sign up for a account first. Just place an order and an account will be created automatically for you.

Please keep in mind, that we require your email address, in order for you to receive an e-mail confirmation and shipping advise.

Credit Card Information:
If you submit the Order Form, we use SSL (Click on the GeoTrust Icon to verify) to encrypt your Payment Information between your Browser and our Payment Processor (CyberSource). After receiving your Order, we store your Credit Card Number encrypted in our Database.
To enhance security even more, we completely remove your Credit Card Information from our Database after your Order has been shipped and no Returns (Credits) are pending. This is why you have to re-enter your Credit Card Info again if you come back to our site. We know this is not the most convenient way, but this is by far the most secure way.

Personal Information:
At Feeling USA, we consider the information you choose to share with us personal and confidential. We ask for this information to process, and notify you of the status of your order. We do keep a list of e-mail addresses, but only people who have signed up to receive updates will be notified of new products. Simply do not select the checkbox next to the Update field on our order page if you prefer not to receive any information. Your orders are shipped in plain, discreet packages.
